Disgraceful communication, takes no responsibilty for their actions and refuses to take any liability for their lack of competance in business ethics. Yes they own Morayfield branch too. You would think after "20 odd years" of being in the business that they would have a clue about customer communication. Their subcontracted builders are disgraceful and work less then 4 hours a day. Show up at 7am & have packed up & left by 11am. Has taken over 5 weeks to build a shed since commencement. This amout of work could have been completed within a week. Will never recommend or use this franchise ever again. I will deter everyone i know away from using these people ever again.

Do not even bother with these guys! They own Morayfield too! Took far too long to build my carport. Forced me to remove the old carport which I double checked as it would mean 100m2 of water would have no drainage if it rained. They stated the builder would be there any time in the next 2 weeks and it had to be removed. Took over 3 months to build from them telling me this. Had 3 major storms where I was outside bucketing water from under my house. Caused major cracks to 6 brand new internal walls, flooded under my house and buckled my brand new front door. Made excuses for everything and ended up refusing to answer emails. Extremely unimpressed with their customer service and eventually had to instigate a legal team, and of course the next day they turn up to build. Spoke to other people after signing the contract and was laughed at because these guys are known to be terrible! At everything!
