Best damn doctors surgery in the area.

After a car accident I had pretty gross cut on my foot that needed bandage changes every few days. I went to another doctors just up the road and the woman drenched the cut and left it having a hard time to heal and all round awful... Then I went to SBH General Practice and it was wonderful! Nurse Tina is the best person in the world, so kind, so lovely SO friendly and just wonderful.
Doctor Chia is the same, happy lovely and helpful in all of the best ways!!
They were honestly so so so wonderful and I wish I could tell everyone I know.

10/10 would recommend this doctors surgery, especially doctor Chia and nurse Tina, they are beautiful people with a huge amount of experience and excellent professionalism all whilst making you feel comfortable and happy!

If I could put zero stars - I would. This place is an absolute joke. The doctors are pleasant enough however the reception staff are the most incompetent and rude bunch of women I've ever encountered.
I've been going to this place for a while, as it is my closest doctors and every time I have been horrified with the way the reception ladies speak to customers both over the phone and face to face.
While trying to make an appointment this morning, I got fed up being talked down to and I advised the woman on the phone that I would be taking my business elsewhere, because of her. She defended herself saying that she was not rude and then stated that I should "come in there and say that!".

Do yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and threatened while trying to make an appointment.
