Bag & Sole

Went to pick up our shoes from bag and sole last thursday, wonderful workmanship yet again . My parents have used bag and sole for years. As a child i remember going their with my dad. He always has used bag and sole, same as my wife and i. My rm williams are again back to a new sole and heels, my wifes heels brought back from the grave. Our broome wedding over xmas was also wonderful and my wifes weddng shoes re dyed to match. Thank you guys , keep up the fantastic work and we need more family run businesses to flourish.

Until today, I have never written a review before but felt I had to after the appalling way I was just treated at Bag and Sole. I had my heels repaired and after wearing them 100m one of them broke. I took them back and explained the situation to the guy working there (really hope he isn't the owner!). He instantly got defensive and started saying it 'wasn't his fault'. Despite thinking it shows poor workmanship that the shoe only lasted 100m I would have been fully prepared to pay for the repair again, at no point did I ask for it to be done for free. After fixing the shoe, he shoved it back at me and told me to 'never bother coming back again'. I am still in disbelief that someone would treat a customer that way! Don't bother with the poor workmanship and terrible customer service at Bag and Sole - take your business somewhere else!
