Maurice Dry Cleaners

It has been a month now after they ruined my brand new expensive heritage garment. No communication until initiated by me and no resolution just deny deny deny. Reached out to the DIA (Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia) who let me know they had actually failed to pay their membership which is now consequently lapsed. I see many customers who has lost/ damaged items in many of their reviews - please lodge complaints with fair trading and NCAT as they will implore you to pursue this in front of their judges to be fairly compensated. Thats what they have encouraged me to do. You have options! Very disappointing when they are unable to accept responsibility. If you haven’t already noticed I would highly recommend ANYWHERE else but this establishment but you didn’t need to read my review look at their myriad of one star reviews across all of their Sydney locations… surprising they are still in business!
