Purchased replacement glass for a pie warmer. I was a little concerned about having it shipped but with no time to travel to pick up and an event approaching I took the risk to ship it and Marco did an outstanding job packaging the glass to ensure it arrived intact. Beware. If you buy brand new equipment through Gray's online from these guys and it's faulty there is no recourse. I will be purchasing in future elsewhere.
