I rang hoping for an early morning taxi. I had two children under 6 and my husband. The person I spoke to on the phone (which I later found out was Phil) was very helpful and the taxi arrived next morning on time. The driver Phil was professional and assisted with baggage and keeping kids entertained by pointing our planes to them

We were travelling to the UK to catch up with our family for the first since our little one had been born. We had two suitcases and a pram and asked for a baby seat for 24/12. The driver was fantastic. The taxi arrived a few minutes early, was clean and had a baby seat in place for us.

All this was unusual for us as other taxis we have used are pretty ordinary. This one was terrific and assisted us greatly.

Needed a taxi at 4.30am so I pre booked with Sunbury City Taxis. The booking was taken efficiently and I was asked what time my flight was to ensure i had left enough time. The taxi arrived at 4.20 and the driver assisted with my luggage, opened the doors and drove steadily. Highly recommend this service to anyone.

We were seeking a taxi that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 3 with a pram and luggage. The driver, Phil, arrived in a clean car and organized the luggage while my partner and I looked after the children. Nothing was too much trouble and the drive was made easier when he stopped to allow the children to spot a plane. The driver was a complete professional

Over a number of years we have struggled to get taxis on time and then many of them were dirty and driver did not understand simple instructions. Some months ago we discovered SUNBURY CITY TAXIS and what a wonderful surprise it was to find a driver who spoke English, arrived on time in a clean car and assisted us with our luggage.

Since then we have used both Paul and Phil and Arslan and all three have been helpful and treated us with respect.

We recommend their services to all as they certainly live up to what we would expect a good taxi service to offer. They accepted my fathers half fare card and his cabcharge which was even better as he needs assistance with his disability which is something I should mention; my father was respected and treated so well when he used the taxi on his own. Due to my wife's illness, we had to find a way to get our children to school. We came across Sunbury City Taxis and found the owner had a Working With Children card. We have now been using Sunbury City Taxis on and off for over a year now and the service has been fantastic and our children cared for. Being walked into the principals office from the car has been part of the service as have been pick ups in the afternoon. Thank you for taking the stress out of our days on many occasions.
