Premium Roof Restoration

Unreliable, cannot do what he says he will. On 6 occasions I hung around waiting for him to give me an assessment and quote. Gave verbal quote $3,500 then 3 days later sent written quote for $3,850 which included GST he didn't mention initially. Said work will commence in a week, nothing for over 2 weeks, I phoned to enquire he put work off another 3 times,he felt the need to tell me 3 times ,"we will do a good job for you" ??? After no show the 4 th time I phoned and asked for my $200 deposit back , I demanded it 4 times he said he would transfer it but has not. It goes to show the character of this person and I'm doubtful as to the quality of his work .

came to my house to fix my leaking roof and left a big hole which led to more draining. When I tried to contact him about it, his attitude was terrible. He said he was going to fix it on a certain day, but didn’t end up coming. Instead he’s delayed it to 2025, saying he's busy and can't get to it until then. When i demanded my refund, he wanted me to send him a formal email saying that I would like the refund back. Never heard back from the guy and has blocked all our numbers. Watch out guys!!! he is the biggest scam, and had a terrible attitude. I have read the reviews after and it seems like another guy from a different website also had a similar encounter. So this certainly isn't the first time that's happened very unprofessional and can't seem to deal with the problem appropriately. The guy has lack of skills and is here to scam your money. I have already reported him, please don’t let him come into your house to fix your stuff as he is also unlicensed- no QBCC and the address on his website is fake too!!!!

They responded to my inquiry and gave there advice which i was happy with as had a issue with the overflow on my gutters was happy to have this company work for me and solve the issues

They have worked on my parents roof which was giving them loads of issues after the bad weather ,they have it all fixed to my satisfaction very happy with the work
