Despite repeatedly stating that items were to be delivered by a certain date for a conference, was left high and dry when the due date arrived. These items were paid upfront in good faith. On the morning of the conference when it was clear the items were nowhere to be found, I tried calling the account manager, Nikki X, repeatedly, with calls going to voicemail. Essentially I was left to follow up with their courier myself. Ended up having to pay another courier to take the items from their courier's depot (late in the day) to the conference. The main item, a 3x3m banner never showed up. To date, this company has still not provided a refund for this item, despite the conference being over. There is clearly no one managing the ordering process or looking after customers in this place. Don't risk ordering from this 'company' unless you expect or invite disappointment.

Very disappointing - I would not use this company again. They messed up an important print job for a major show we were doing and then refused to remedy the problem unless we paid even more money. Terrible customer service - definitely not worth the risk. Even 1 star is too many.
