Fantastic service from the initial phone call to having a service man out. Had the works treatment and haven't had a problem since.

Have never had to use professional pest control before. I called Dawsons Australia as we have been having problems with mice in our new home. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so informative and helpful. We had a same day service (which NEVER happens anymore as well as pest controller showed up on time) and have not seen any mice since. Technician that arrived was very friendly and explained each step he was doing.

I will recommended this service to friends and family for sure .

we phoned last night (8pm) as the ad says 24 hour service, we left a message with our phone number to call us back, more than 24 hours later, they still haven't call back. If Dawson's don't want our business, we'll give it to a company who does want it

I have recently moved into a new home and I am finding spiders all over the place. I had never considered pest control as I thought that it would be too expensive. After finding a couple of spiders in my clothes, i decided to bite the bullet. The only spiders I see now are all dead and a couple were quite large too. I will never ever look back.
