Glengala Dry Cleaners

BE AWARE!
I have been getting my suits/ shirts dry cleaned for years by this establishment and was very happy with service and price until recently.
Suit pants came back shrunk! Was told this has never happened before and is impossible for them to shrink but here i stand with unusable pants. I asked what they would like to do (possible tailoring as i dont want to throw away a $600 suit)... Finally they told me i was NOT on their books and was disregarded as i customer.

Not only is the dry cleaning of high standards at budget prices, the customer service there is always amazing. Today the lovely man went even a step further, by offering to bring my dry cleaning out to my car as I had my baby with me. Now that is considerate and astounding customer service . Your gesture is muchly appreciated. Thanks you.
