      Car has never run better

      I needed a gas hose for my Rinnai LPG gas heater so I went to Supagas. They didnt have any in stock but said they could make one for me, and so I ordered one. I then waited for three weeks for them to call and say it was ready but when no call came I called them. They had a look around the shop and said oh thats here, its been here a while sorry we didnt call. No big deal. I took the hose home and found that the fitting was wrong... even though I had brought the old fitting in for direct comparison. So I went back, and this time I left my old hose with them so things couldnt go wrong. Another couple of weeks later I called again and it still wasnt ready... another few weeks more I called again and they said we lost your details, sorry. This time they very quickly sourced a hose and delivered it to my door in order to compensate me for the inconvenience... When I got around to trying it out ... wrong again! I then returned with the hose and got a refund in disgust. By this stage I was very cranky and so were the Supagas team.
      I then went to Gameco in Preston... they made up the correct hose on the spot without needing to even see the heater or hose connections Simple!
      So maybe the crack team at Supagas are competent at something but please dont go there looking for a heater hose! Needless to say I wont be back Gameco is a much further drive for me but its well worth it. Supagas wasted so much of my time in phone calls, driving around etc... It made me angry enough to write this longwinded review!
