Staff misleading to make a sale

Complaints are not treated fairly

Technicians don't turn up to schedule appointments

Made to feel stupid like your imagining the faults

Will never shop there again

New pump faulty.

Told to bring back or have collected for a fee.

Returned and electrical issue repaired after 5 days.

Installed , but not operating correctly, called store to speak to manager and call screened by 14 year old , told the manager is available but then told the manager is now too busy.

I fail too see why a business would have a child answering calls and screening customers.

I would expect to speak to an adult when contacting a business.

great staff, friendly people. will always be a captain nemos customer.
