The owner of this business does not back up their work and runs away from all responsibility after poor workmanship blaming the 'non-expert' builder for their poor tiling job. First the builder introduced me to the owner who came to measure up the job, them sends some other tiler, who wasted all our extra tiles having to re-cut tiles that he stuffed up originally! Tiles were cut too short abd corners broken off and just filled in with grout! What tiler doesn't know you have to use flexible corking next to a wooden door architrave NOT normal grout! After a week it started to crack and crumble from the door closing!! When I contacted the owner to come and look at the problem and fix it as it should have been done in the first place (after full payment had been made on completion of the job), he originally agreed to come by, then when I had to chase him up, his poor excuse was "no I'm not going to fix it now, the builder told me to use grout"!! Who's the expert???!!!!
Stay well clear of this business who are happy to take your money and shirk away from any responsibility.
