I regret hiring this accountant, as the service provided has been extremely disappointing. Here's why:



1. Unreasonable Delays: A simple 5-minute tax return has taken over two months to complete. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved, with constant excuses and vague promises that it's "on the to-do list."



2. Lack of Care: It feels like once you've paid, you're no longer a priority. There was no effort made to maximize my tax return, and after payment, communication became frustratingly difficult.



3. Unfriendly and Pretentious Attitude: The accountant frequently interrupted me, showing little interest in addressing my concerns. This unprofessional behavior worsened after the payment was made, leaving me feeling neglected.



4. Poor Decision: I initially chose this accountant due to convenience, but I quickly realized that my decision only caused more trouble. I should have taken the time to find someone more professional.
