Absolute horrific to deal with..
They don’t understand situations can deviate from their scripting.
Unwilling to go and help..
They don’t even know what they are doing
When I asked about verification, all they said was , what ever your government issues??
Seriously!!!
That’s not even half the problem.
Get your people back on shore who understand the country the support, Australia!!!

This guys are awful.
They couldn't provide me with SSL when on the product it clearly says free SSL. I decided to move so I can have an SSL secured site. I made this move less than one month after joining. On their site it says 60 days money back guarantee, yeeet....they are refusing to refund me. It's the worst experience have ever had. It now feels like they are trying to steal my money without providing a service. How is this even legal ?

Have unlimited hosting with Crazy Domains. Around 10 websites to the hosting. Server has been down for more than 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. I had to remind the agent that the initial recording while waiting to speak to a customer service agent, mentioned that I will speak to a friendly customer service agent. And when I got through to the agent, not friendly at all and had to remind him that the prerecording said I'll be speaking to a 'Friendly customer service agent' then he changed his tune. Additionally have been a customer for quiet some time, and in the past when a huge issue like this occurs, they use to compensate by giving some free extra hosting, they do recognise loyal customers or have a policy around recognising loyal customers, my last bill was $1000 and I get really poor customer service and a poor product. I will be looking to move all my hosting elsewhere and as well as move all my clients hosting away from Crazy Domains. See photos for proof that servers were down and still down for more than 3 hours! Called several times for an update, now still down and its been 6 hours and counting.

I attempted to transfer four domain names (website addresses) to crazydomains. Two failed - I didn't receive a confirmation email from crazydomains for one and the other claimed the password was incorrect at the crazydomains end. After hours on the phone, they suggested I contact the current registrar to obtain a new password which is used when transferring. I did so and again it failed. I gave up with crazy domains and asked for a refund via PayPal. They wasted more of my time and in the end I raised a dispute with PayPal. Crazy domains then threatened to block my account. Now they say they have credited my Crazy Domains account, which I did not ask for. I paid via PayPal, their system failed numerous times, they provided no service and I expect a full refund back to my PayPal account.

6 days later, having spoken to more than 15 staff members in the Philippines my client still has no access their website or hosting. Today I made the move from CrazyDomains to Netregistry.com.au.
Located in Sydney, Dedicated Australian support staff and technical team. The winning point for me was ringing their office direct and someone actually picked up the phone.

I'm about to give up on these losers. For the past 3-4 months I have been getting Spoof emails from my own Domain and I have asked Crazy Domains to sort the matter out but their technicians continuously try to sell me their Anti Spamming Software....Its ironic that I had never heard of this software before I started having these problems, but now each time I am on hold, (for 20-40 minutes each time), I repeatedly hear this advertisment telling me that if I purchase this software I wont receive any spam....Hmmmmmmm
Anyone could be forgiven for thinking that these emails are generated by whoever it is thats trying to sell this anti spamming software !!!!
Crazy Domains, your people are either very clever in a manipulative and dishonest way, or very inefficient at their job and at customer relations.
