Their ad stated "no hidden charges," although there were so many hidden charges! I was even charged a dusting fee which does not make sense, as cleaning should always include dusting.



I was quoted 250-370, and the final price ended up being 561 for a 1-bedroom apartment that was relatively clean. I would not recommend this service.

We used this company for End of Lease cleaning and for a company that states 'no hidden charges' this was not the case. The apartment was in a good condition before they entered and they proceeded to tell us that a lot of work was needed and charged us $80 to clean blinds. They did not honour what was agreed prior to the clean and were rude on the phone when trying to resolve the issue.

Used for "End of Lease" clean and they didn't clean the carpet.

Guaranteed no hidden charges and 100% bond back, this was NOT the case.

Tried to tell us it was an extra cost for the carpet.
