BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!

I can honestly say that this company would have to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. All occasion Limos Sydney informed me 15 days before my wedding that they would not be able to complete the service . All occasion Limos Sydney happily took our deposit several months before hand and are now refusing to pay the money back after they pulled out of the agreement.. it is now 4 days to my wedding and no deposit.

REASON TO AVOID THIS COMPANY

-Unprofessional

-don't return calls

-don't respond to emails

-happily take deposits when unable to complete jobs

-happily will ruin your special day

-will only contact 2 companies over a 2 weeks period to fix the problem they have caused

- state that they will refund your deposit and then refuse to pay it.

- have no experience in wedding planning as they believe 15 days notice is enough even tho we booked there company several months before hand.

- stating that they are unable to complete service and will pay money back , causing my family to booked through a more professional company, several days later All Occasion limos state that they did not say this and have found 2 companies that can complete the job however they refused to state the companies names..

This list could go on and on based on my experience with this company.
