Alterations Place

I have been literally ripped off at this place today 13.10.2015.
Yesterday on Monday 12.10.2015 I have asked lady in cap to alter my top, sleeves should be shorter from full length to 3/4, she even took an accurate mark and I have paid 15$ for service.
Today when I came back to pick it up, sleeves were the same length, I put it on and asked the same lady in cap, how is that possible, and that nothing been done. She get very emotional and sad that they cut it a bit because fabric is hard to alter, so longer is better then shorter.
Then she marked it one more time and sad that they will do it right now again, but I have to pay. When I told that I have already paid and can't see the result, she told me that it is been done. I told that they have to fix their mistake, she told me go away in very rude way. Very disappointed and lady in cap were extremely rude!

The worst service I have ever experienced. The jeans were dry cleaned few days ago. few days later his jeans were ripped. it is freaking literally ripped. how can you dry clean it again before it is fixed? I do not know how often other people washes their jeans but it was definitely not stinky for her to react like some what dirty sh*t? "I can smell it. Can you wash it before you give me? because i can smell it" you know what? He washes his jeans so often that's why it tears very easily. He liked the shop. He was a regular customer. if his jeans were so stinky that you didn't even want to touch it then why didn't other lady insulted him all these times just like the way you did? well if you only want brand new jeans then why is that even necessary for us to come and ask you to fix them? I am sure there were other ways to tell if it was remarkably unacceptable. However, You insulted him instead so here is our feedback.
