Very unsatisfied with this consultants so called service - I should have gone direct to the govt dept concerned instead of paying for it. Only when I advised them I was going to expose them as maybe a fraudulent company did I get action.
Not acceptable to wait 5.5 months for something that is supposed to take 28 days.
As a good will gesture they should have offered to refund the fee given that I received the information myself after having done direct to the source.
