I brought a Tag Heuer day -date link caliber 16 from Brian the manager at bondi junction cash converters In May of 2020 Now this dated July of 2019 look in the screenshot you see the Day - Date still isn’t working properly when put his valuation price my watch came with 90 days warranty the same day i brought it I went straight to the Tag Heuer shop in Pitt st mall the manager there informed me that my Tag is broken, the Day-Date wasn’t turning over at the same time I then called the manager at cash converters I told they quoted me in between $600-$800 Brian said no way but I know that I didn’t know then but I know now that I was missed quoted by the Tag Heuer store in May 2022 he told me that he will send my watch to Constantine Jewellery Designs to get repaired because Brian ,,because Constantine does all cash converters repairs and service on watches and jewelry I got the watch back Constantine and not even 1 month later it was broken again it wasn’t working properly Constantine couldn’t fix it Then in early February 2020 after I found out from the manager at Burwood cash converters he told me that all watches and jewelry have a lifetime guarantee which he was correct because if you look on gumtree you’ll will see on cash converter policy on all Tag Heuer comes with a lifetime guarantee So I call Bondi store and told them I just a bike accident and want be able to get to the shop until I can to walk properly so in around September or October I called the Bondi store to give them a update about my motorcycle accident in December that’s 11 months later I took my watch back into the Bondi store now if my lifetime guarantee wasn’t valid then when did the Brian manager again sent it to Constantine for the second time the manager had a good 11 months and 3 phones calls to notify me if this was incorrect then why did the bloke I spoke to on phone his name was John also told me back in February and the other to phone calls I made told me don’t worry you will not have to pay anything for the repairs as your watch is under lifetime guarantee You can guess what happened that’s right not only couldn’t Constantine fix my watch properly it didn’t even last 1 day this is my question would any of uses take your watch back to Constantine jewelers for the third time even after Constantine could not fix it properly the first 2 times now in February 2023 I have now given my watch to Tag Heuer service team and they told me that they have to replace lots of things This is what don’t understand if Constantine just did a service and repaired on my watch in December 2022 that not even 2 months ago then why does the Tag Heuer service team have to replace and do all this work if Constantine did a proper service and repairs then tag Heuer service team wouldn’t replacing what’s on the list below How stupid are cash converters they told me their lifetime guarantee is only the product The only person able to give any guarantee on my Tag Heuer is the manufacturer themselves of Tag Heuer watches and cash converter aren’t the manufacturer of my tag Heuer but cash converter will except Constantine jewelry 12 months guarantee because that cash converter watch repairs bloke but want except their own lifetime guarantee policy how Ridiculous is that my lifetime guarantee was acceptable by cash converter
