6 weeks after my wedding I’m still to receive my wedding ring or a refund. I never write reviews and hope this is the first and last time, this is a warning for anyone else being railroaded by Delphi. The issues started before the wedding. Continuous messages were sent to get any update from Joakim, responses were always ‘Next week too busy’ or ‘call you in a couple days’. Eventually my wife’s ring was picked up the day before the wedding, from another jeweller, without any diamond certification provided. Not sure if Delphi even made the ring. For my ring he just surprised me by saying ‘oh I made you a plain band’ which is clearly not what we agreed on. After the wedding I asked when the actually ring is going to be finished and the same non responses were received. Finally I asked for my money back and the next lot of excuses started ‘I’m sick’, ‘I have no money’ and ‘issues with wife’ to name a few. Little unprofessional for a business? I politely wished him all the best and asked for my money, no hard feelings let’s just call it a day. No ring, no refund - still waiting.
