This store is the closest thing i have ever seen to a scam. I don't believe that they haven't been arrested yet.

I bought a headphone for 260 dollar and played extra 25 for a fast delivery, because i was going to leave the country in one week. They guaranteed that i would have it before the end of that week (more then once), so i trusted them and finalized the order. After a month, already in Vietnam i decided to cancel the order and we agreed by email that they would fully refund me. It have been over two months now, almost three, and they haven't given my money back. And they are being really dodgy to any kind of communication that i try to make with them.

Between this time, they were really disrespectful with me in almost all emails right after i had payed. They didn't have the product in the stock. They ignored me tons of times, They lied about everything.
And in the end, they stole 285 dollars from me.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish.

Ordered an item and paid for it on the Easter weekend. Their system did not process the order correctly and my details were lost. I called on the following Wednesday to see what was happening and sorted the lost details. No worries I was told, it will be there soon.

A week and a half later I called the store and was basically abused by the owner Ray. My fault the order didn't go through OK, my fault it had not arrived yet, claims they had tried to contact me which were false and he was doing me a huge favour by even stocking the item and selling it to me. Basically if I had an issue he could cancel the order. I should have let him. I allowed it to continue as he guaranteed it would be delivered by the end of the next week. It wasn't.

When I called the next Friday I was told it should be delivered that day or the Monday, implying it was already sent. When I asked for a shipping number I was told he would have to find it and call me back.

Turns out it hadn't been sent at all, but that was also my fault as I had requested delivery to an AustPost shipping locker. This was specified on the original order, when I spoke to them on the Wednesday and also when I had spoken to Ray the week before.

End result is it arrived three weeks after being ordered but they didn't bother including a tax invoice so I can't register it for warranty purposes. Mid July it still hasn't arrived.

Ray claims to be the owner so there is no-one else to complain to if you have an issue, and you probably will if this is the normal level of service. Looking at the other review sites on the web it appears as if it is.

The web site they have is very good for comparison shopping but they aren't really that cheap anyway. Best advise is use the website to compare and then go somewhere else to shop. You will save yourself a lot of agro.

Best advice is don't waste your time and effort dealing

So easy, needed my camera for this weekend going away, no one in CBD help me as DCC did. Very friendly and help full. I think I have finally found my photography store that I can go back again and again.
