Giant Sydney

Giant recently provided bikes to Tourism Northern Tasmania for a competition.

I had the fortune to win one, but the misfortune to not be notified.
The email that was sent ended up in my spam folder and the Facebook message ended up in the 'other' folder.
No phone call and no mail received.

The competition should have been run in a better manner (ie contact via phone or mail), as it is bitterly disappointing for me to find I may have missed a prize worth in excess of $3500 due to no fault on my part.
