Henson Properties

I used Henson Properties to manage three apartments I own in Haymarket. I've never had such a high turnover of tenants ever before. Communication is almost impossible due to staff and agents not being fluent in English. What's more, you have to email back and forth multiple times to get a clear answer to a simple question. Totally unprofessional - avoid!!

Poor service. An agent doesn't listen to customer's concern regarding the property's issues. Price market is also too high compare to other agencies. Less competent than tenants could rely on or work with.
