On another, he advised me when it was safe to proceed, and I troubled him till 7pm+ and he had to turn around the deal within 24 hours. It was a make or break and if we did not respond, the deal was off. The reassurance from your Lawyer is crucial for dealmaking.

Do get first hand review from clients before listing to any negative comments from disgruntled client who does not know the full picture.
