IF YOU HAVE SENTIMENTAL THINGs DO NOT GO HERE, I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID. THIS IS ALL 100% TRUE I'M SORRY TO SAY. I took a brand new 18K white gold bracelet in to be shortened, worth $700+. They broke it, repaired it badly, didn't re plate it so it came back yellow. They fixed it a second time and it was then mended. The links were thick and stuck together and rigid as apposed to the rest of the bracelet. My brand new bracelet given to me for my 30th was never the same. They were sorry "they did the best they could." I could have used the spare links but they accidently dropped them and stood on the spare links so they were crushed flat. They were sorry for this too and also that that only 2cm of it was returned.
