      Dr was excellent but let down by staff

      A year after my husband's very successful procedure we were sent a red stickered invoice for $500 "unpaid" out of pocket expenses. Our health fund and bank confirmed ALL of our invoices were paid. Just wondering about book keeping and the targeting of elderly patients for suspect invoices.
