RSL Cabs

Since moving to new management on 1 July 2024, the service is much better.

Terrible!! Unreliable! They do not deserve even 1 star! Booked the day before and confirmed by them. Then the cab did show up. Called them several times and they were keeping saying "we will send you the first cab available" but no one arrived. I lost my train due to this and arrived late at work. I am soo disapponted.

Terrible. Unreliable. Booked a night in advance, called several times when the cab was running late, was told
by RSL that our cab was 1 kilo away when they were already 20 minutes late, called back again when the cab didn't show only to be told they didn't have a cab available. Was also transferred to some other cab co. and then hung upon on. Will NEVER use RSL taxi again. No stars deserved, although I suppose this system feels at least one is warranted for businesses.
