I bought a Rheem Stellar online over a long weekend. It was delivered on the first business day after the long weekend. Free delivery, fast service and absolutely the best price on a storage hot water system that I could find. Even though they are in the Eastern States if you are a WA customer don't be scared to use them, they use a Perth supplier and the unit was here first thing in the morning. They always answer the phone and they are just really very good!
