Stay away from this company it is a rip of.

We moved last year we said what day to put the power on. They didn't take it over on that day they took it over from next metre reading so the old owners got the bill if the power was not on we would have been in the dark and they charge us breaking the contract when we where just moving.
There disconnected fee is $170 when most charge $70.
We have solar I looked at the bill it was the same as the bill before solar they said that is what we are using at night we go to bed at 9.30 all that is running is fridge so they are telling us that we use the same amount of power in the night as we use to use 24/7 with out solar.
Do they think I was born yesterday.
We have left this company and I advise everyone else to
