Bought a Breitling from these guys around 12 months ago and rang them to ask for a copy of my purchase as i have been unable to find it. They refused and said it is their policy to not re-issue receipts... awful aftercare and will not be buying other watches from this place!!

Had quite lovely service from a gentleman named Thai when buying my watch. Unfortunately the submariner I purchased stopped working around 10 days after purchase. I then found that their policy is not to exchange or refund purchases - they shirked complete responsibility when I raised my issue with hem. I had to then take up the matter with Rolex directly. This is not the sort of level I expect with the prices that they are charging.
