I applied 457 dependent visa in December,2015 through a reputed Migration Agents firm. I had a problem with the health requirements (did not meet) and said that I have to withdraw the application or it will get rejected. I tried very much by submitting various documents but I did not got proper response from the migration agent. During my extension time period I emailed the situation to as many agents I can using internet. Some of the responses I got are:

after reading the various documents I advise that there is likely to be no possibility of getting this visa as a result of the
health issue and its costs. The reasons are clearly and accurately outlined. If you were my clients, I also would advise
you to withdraw your application. If not withdrawn the visa application will be refused and this would be a very negative
outcome

"it is almost certain that you will not get a waiver of the health condition. Therefore, if you do not withdraw, the visa will
be refused.
As you are using a reputable migration agent, it is not appropriate for me to give any further advise. I believe you are
receiving accurate advice in these documents"

"I am sure you appreciate that as a qualified, registered migration agent I cannot provide professional advice for
free. The fee for a standard consultation is $ 220.00 for an hour and $ 110.00 for 30 minutes. I should be able to
address your issue(s) for AUD $ 165.00"

The only migration agent who gave hope by gathering all the required documents from me and replied to my 17 emails without any consultation or advice fee was ANDREW WOO. I had a concern in the beginning that whether a migration agent will have knowledge on health requirements, but I am surprised by the vast knowledge he has in this area.
