dirty swimming pools, poops there somtimes... Boys around 6-7 years old appear in FEMALE changeroom. And this is very commmon in Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre! Shocked...

I called and tried to re-schedule my swimming class. The woman answering the phone was very rude and say "no you can't. missing is just missing, and you also need to pay the fees"??????? I can't accept this attitude

I signed up my infant for swimming lessons and after the very first lesson he was so sick that we had to take him to hospital. They later sent an email saying not to let your baby drink the water even though their swim instructor asked us to pour water over 1 year olds head. Upon request for refund I have left 3 messages and still no call back. Supervisors seem to always be in meetings.
