Paul just changed all the six door locks in my house. One key for the upstairs rooms and one key for the downstairs and a master key for me. And he supplied six originals of each key. Paul is the kind of old-fashioned knowledgeable honest generous tradesman who is getting so rare these days. You can rely on him to turn up on time, do a terrific job, and not charge the earth. He is fast and efficient. He's also happy to help with any other queries about other products, such as privacy locks for bathrooms, toilets or bedrooms, or remote controls for automatic garage doors. He even sorted out a door to the downstairs deck that was always sticking and difficult when we tried to close it.
