These guys are the end not only did they make a stressful move even more stressful they damaged my stuff they were rude unhelpful and the older guy who was maybe in charge got really unpleasant and hostile when I complained I was held to ransome by these guys when I had to pay for such bad service NEVER AGAIN

I would give less then one star if I could

I have had the worst experience with these people twice over on two separate occasions. They are rude and lazy and make no effort to try a different approach to get your furniture into the room it’s meant to go in. They just dump it in your garage and smugly say “ you’ll have to use it from your garage”. The items I ordered, I then had to move by myself quite successfully and with no damage to anything so I don’t know if they just aren’t good at their job or just don’t care. Their delivery fees cost enough with inadequate service provided. There is simply no one else to use in Tamworth and they seem to have a monopoly on the delivery business here. Would not recommend!!

Very Rude Customer Service? Could not give less then a one star!!

OMG. What an Experience. The driver and delivery guys were very rude—no sense of customer service.

Our admin staff called them in the morning to find out an indicative time, so we could be there on the time of delivery. However, driver stated, ''We can't give any time, we will call you when you get there'' our staff requested to get a call beforehand so we can be at the premises. Guess what? No call!!

They called us when they reached to the delivery address. Then they start ringing you persistently and expect you to drop everything and attend the premises. The old guy was very rude, Judging us. We are a business, and our experience is people make or break a business. I am sure this guy will break this business and role model the same with young fellas with him. What a shame !!

Rude

Well what an experience. The older driver in this Tamworth business is the rudest, rudest man I come across for a long time. I wouldn’t employ him if he was the last person on earth. He sure set a great example for the younger person he had with him.
