After having problems with our pool that were the result of dodgy advice from a business we thought would know what they were talking about (and $300 of filter cartridge replacements), we took a punt on Scotty. He took the time to give some advice over the phone & let him know how things went. That was enough to convince us to get him around to take a look. He corrected some upkeep things we were told (without dumping on the business we had dealt with), & got to work getting our pool sorted.
