NOT VERY WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY

Rang to enquire whether my sister in a wheelchair could play mini golf and was told that she could but she might have problems with a couple of holes. The first few were ok then she couldn't get to the next one as her chair cannot access steps so we moved on to find that there were a few more like that. Before hole 11 there was no access to go further so she had to return to the beginning to get to the remainder of the holes. This happened again before hole 18 so she had to go back to the beginning again to access that from the ramp leading out from hole 18. There were a couple of holes that narrowed too much for her wheelchair to access close to the hole and we expectexpected that but not the run around she had. Maybe someone should try going around there in a wheelchair and then make some improvements. We would have enjoyed it very much if not for the problems she had.

If their was a negative I would choose that option. I dont even know where to start with my review for this business. Our 2 kids (2 and 8) were so excited to venture out to this place. Not only for mini golf but for the dinosaurs!! Our experience was awful from the moment we walked in. Our first time as customers, not knowing what the "rules" are, we paid for what we assumed we needed to pay as 3 adults and 2 kids(2 x 8 year old's and a 2 year old), assuming the 2 year old without a stick was free. But being told no one can enter the mini golf area without paying, I paid $13 for our 2 year old, so we didnt have to leave her in the foyer unsupervised while we played!! We lined up and covered our kids in sunscreen, awaiting our turn all having our sticks in hand, sticks the young girl behind the counter gave us. Little did we know our excitement and enjoyment wasnt too far from turning foul. An old, angry looking man came raging through the gates, fingers waving in the air, heading straight towards us. Accusing me in particular of not paying. Apparently I took my own stick from the counter, I reached over and took my stick without paying. "You are a thief" he accused me of, in front of my kids. There was no reasoning with this man, so without us as parents wanting to cause a scene in front of our kids, we left, requesting a full refund, which was meant to be $63 in total, he still owes me the $13 I paid for our 2 year old daughter who for 5 minutes held a golf stick and saw a dinosaur. Families, dont waste your time or money on this business especially whilst the current owner/manager runs it. Do your research, there are bad reviews everywhere.
