Loose Moose Movers

We first used this moving company in 2010, fantastic service! However now 2013 we asked them again in Aug as pleased with past experience. We have a number of pieces of furniture very badly scratched and chips missing off out bedroom suite. Reluctant to pay until finalised through their insurance we handed over their due payment in full. With promise they will take care of it for us.. It has been 3 months and still no action to rectify... I have been palmed off, have taken photos and will never use this company again purely for the fact they took a lot of our money and ran! Very disappointed with customer service and now taking legal action. Check your furniture!!
