Appalling and rude service......
I left two chair backs to be reupholstered three weeks ago and rang twice in that time to follow up and was told that they would be done within a few days. I rang back today and was told that they hadn't been done but they would be ready tomorrow. When I pointed out that I'd been told that twice before I was told to 'come and pick them up and do them yourself then'. No apology or explanation, just rudeness and appalling customer service. Not sure how a company can justify speaking to someone like that.
They then sent me a text to offer to have them ready for tomorrow but given that it had been three weeks since I'd first dropped them in and they thought it was appropriate to speak to a customer like that, I was surprised that they thought that I'd even consider it.
When I picked them, again there was no apology, no explanation about why the job still hadn't been done after three weeks.
According to their website, they 'thrive on customer satisfaction'. The harsh reality is that their words and attitude don't match their claims. If you want to be barked at by the manager of the company and treated like the work you're providing them is an inconvenience, then by all means, ring these people but my advice would be to avoid them like the plague and find a professional company who actually appreciate your business.
