We took our toyota to them for a GPS/radio install. They had to do 4 things: connect the GPS (not done), connect the powered radio antenna (not done), connect a reversing camera (done but with light cable dislodged) and install the box in the dash (done but with 2 screws missing. We waited 3 weeks for them to be available to respond. They only did so after we'd rectified their mess ourselves. Then they lied to OFT when we lodged a complaint and refused to offer a small partial refund. Watch out or go elsewhere.
