All Round Trade Constructions

DO NOT use this company, wrote a review 6 years ago but due to personal issues have just had people out to rectify problems. Omg, nothing with my carport was built to code, roof sheets too short with no overhang into gutter so has leaked since being erected, my gates and fence need pulling down and rebuilding, he didn’t even use correct hinges. So so many problems. Also just found out he was fined $4000 in 2020 due to fraud, claiming he was a registered builder and never has been. Not obtaining appropriate permits, the list goes on. Check VBA, he has no credentials. Wonder how many people have bothered to go to VCAT as i never did. Keep as far away from this business as possible.

Doesnt fully finish his work. Once paid. After sales service is beyond a joke and warranty not far behind. Unfortunetly this is the only place you can put a bad review as he doesnt allow them on his facebook page. Which is a clear indication he is not worth doing business with. Regret ever asking him for a quote and accepting this.

Roof leaks and has little to NO fall. Roof panels dont have enough screw and he isnt a registered builder.

Avoid at all cost. Wishing i read the other post here before hand as its the only truthful thing ive found about this business.

When there's a problem with the job done, this guy will avoid you at all costs. I was willing to pay for my gates to be moved even though it was his fault they were put in where they were. He is very unprofessional as far as getting back to you. Doesn't call when he says he will and today did not show up to do the job. Months of trying to get him back. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Good luck to the people happy with his work, I was not. Other problems but mainly his attitude was the straw that broke my back.
