We recently had an extremely bad experience with Krishnan A Natarajan from Jai Electrical Services,Tarneit when our main power line kept on tripping every morning.He is extremely unprofessional,temperamental and beyond any logic,reasoning.In his first visit he charged us 50$ for simply looking at the issue which he did not probably understood at that time.When our main power again got tripped off,we called him saying it happened again and only 5 appliances were running during that time.Out of those 5 we think 1 externally plugged appliance is most probably causing the issue as we have started using it very recently.He said I am licensed electrician and pay me 400$.In this amount I will isolate the problem,find the reason,fix it permanently and give you 6 months warranty.Instead of directly going to the main concern of ours,he started removing all power points as per old textbook rules without listening.After 30 minutes he concluded 1 of the power points from formal dining is faulty,then he said no that's working fine and your refrigerator is causing the issue and again after 2 hours he said in fact your central heating system is the culprit and rest is fine.
Extremely irritated with this,I simply plugged in the external device which we think was faulty,switch tripped and when we disconnected it power started working.After all these he came with grinning face saying I told you the problem was external device and asked for 400$.I politely asked him if 400$ justifies the work he has done today,as I thought he actually didn't do anything he had promised.I was thinking that he will have some decency and will not ask for full amount.Instead he started using abusive language and shouting.Frustrated at this,me and my wife gave him 400$ just to get rid of him.He took the money and without thanking stormed off using abusive language.
Do yourself a favour!Stay away this unreliable,unprofessional person.He is waste of time and may be you can do the job far better yourself.
