Since 2010, Earthessence Natural Therapies has offered a variety of massage services, including deep tissue, relaxation, reflexology, etc. We also offer holistic treatments such as Western herbal medicine, theta healing,and more. Our organic retail products include Pukka herbal teas, Weleda products, Australian Bush Flower Essences, and Essentially Australia essential oils. Specialising in both acute and chronic conditions, we provide personalised care with practitioner-only products and liquid herbal extracts.
Most people carry some stress in their bodies, regardless of chronic or acute injuries, and it's wonderful to be able to give- them relief with as little pain as possible, and if you can also relax their body ...that is a bonus! Sometimes I can't stop it being painful, but massage doesn't have to be uncomfortable. I really enjoy my style of gently stretching through the entire muscle body and not just pushing on the muscle attachment points. It's so much easier on you and me.
We don't often think about how much hard work our feet do, until they are sore or injured. Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing massage that is applied to every part of the foot, ankle and also involves the lower leg, giving total pain relief and relaxation. There is also something about massaging the feet that 'gets people out of their head'...maybe because they are connected to what's going on with their feet, but many people find it to be great for relieving anxiety and insomnia.
Treatment for the lymphatic system is necessary for some people and is a very gentle form of massage. Helping the lymph fluid to and through the lymph nodes then allows it to be excreted from the body, helping you to feel lighter and improve circulation in general.

What is Iridology?
Eyes can provide a map to the soul and body if you know where and how to look. You can't diagnose from iridology but it can give detailed information on weaknesses and strengths as well as how your body systems work and subtlety affect each other. Help with herbs or supplements, or even direction on what medical help to seek out can then be given.
What is Western Herbal Medicine?
I love being able to help people with their body by mixing a simple or complex 'recipe' of herbal extracts, or by suggesting different teas or supplements to be able help them attain the 'healthiness' they desire. It is necessary to take into account dietary factors and medications, but that's where qualifications, experience and technical information lines of communication come into play.
What is Theta Healing?
This is my favourite form of energetic healing, and I have received extensive training and am very experienced in this. It is a very relaxing form of treatment, and involves me 'looking at what your are dragging behind you' , what can be cleared out or adapted to what is more supportive of you know, and making sure it is all integrated and balanced in your being so you can move forward with ease.
