Nick Scali furniture are absolutely pathetic. After waiting over 6 months for a couch because they DELIVERED THE WRONG ONE, we finally set a date for it to be delivered. As I work on Thursdays I can't receive it then so we organized for a Wednesday delivery. The next day they decided to change it back to Thursday without consulting the customer. This has happened twice now!

AND THE AWARD FOR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A COMPANY GOES, YET AGAIN, TO NICK SCALI. GET IT TOGETHER!!
