Total disappointment with Tea Gardens Real Estate, this was the third time we had booked a holiday home with this Agent, first two times no problems. We booked a home that we had previously stayed in with no issues. How time changes attitudes and home conditions. We had issues with simple things like no TV reception, broken iron, broken gate which made the yard unsafe for allowing the dogs to have a run in the yard, no fly screens, fridge that froze our food. We were promised daily that these issues would be fixed never happened. Even got to the point that we found alternative accommodation for the last three days of our holiday and it was time for me to get over a operation was totally stuffed up by mismanagement and no follow up. House was dirty, children's toys and bikes laying around. Gardens were a mess. The owner should have a long look at the management of his house.
