The Good Guys

I am a regular customer at good guys. I was there last week for shopping. I couldn’t found a product in a shelves so then called a team member Shohag K, if he can help me to get it as there was only a display product on the shelves.

I asked him if they have that product in stock in their store, which I cannot find in that shelves, he straight away replied me ... we don’t hide the products, this is all we have whatever in the shelves,if it’s nothing here, then we don’t have it. I was shocked and horrified the way he respond to me. Very unprofessional staff I have ever seen.

I had been looking around for a couple of weeks and decided to by a Samsung 3.1.2ch 330W Dolby Atmos Soundbar HW-Q70R/XY. On discount at the Good Guys (just under $700). The customer experience in the store (with Kat the Store Manager) was excellent. Great price. The set up was very smooth and the performance is out of this world. Very pleased on all accounts.
