DO NOT TRUST! Roger and his team misled me to sign an agency appointment agreement and allowed my property to be sold $300,000 under value to an associated friend. They charged excess marketing fees some $20,000 and they also made sure that my business partner received all the proceeds despite her not putting in any money towards the property purchase. They refused to rent out the property causing me losses. But now the property rents for $600 per week. DO NOT TRUST. Corrupt
