Chemist is verry helpful and lovely to look at a sight for saw eyes I drive from Brisbane valley area to come to this chemist and GP

My son purchased Inner Health Plus 5 days ago only to realise that it was out of date by 2 months. When I took it back as he was home sick, the young girl behind the counter was reluctant to exchange it as I didn't have a receipt. She went out the back and came back a couple of minutes later and told me they would exchange it. No apology, no smile no nothing. Not very good customer service today. Disappointing as I have never had any problems with this Chemist before.
