Bought a white sapphire to set in my wedding ring - 3 weeks later it had chipped! My jeweller confirmed it was a fault in the stone. That Sapphire Place refused to accept liability, and would not exhange or even refund. I now have no wedding ring to wear. Astounded to be treated this way and especially over something as precious as a wedding ring. So disappointed.
