If only you could give zero stars. Do not buy from these people, they sell fakes. I had my bag physically inspected and it was declared fake. I even compared my fake authentication certificate to other victims and surprise surprise we all had the same copy showing the exact same authentication reference number. They ignore your calls and never respond to emails. Pay the extra money and go direct where you know you are purchasing a genuine product.

My mother and I purchase 3 bags from Cosette. All have found to be counterfeit. We returned the bags to the store close to two weeks ago but have received no replies or updates on the progress of the returns. No one has been answering phone lines for weeks.

IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE I PAID $1800 AND 4 ATTEMPTS TO EMAIL AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER IS! NO RESPONSE! IF THEY DO NOT COME BACK TO ME SOON I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They sent me the wrong product. I contacted them initially by email, and then by phone, and apart form one initial email response, I have not heard from them since, and have not been able to get in contact with them. I would avoid purchasing from them online.
